There are currently 110 Vineyards churches in the UK which are part of a growing movement of over 1500 churches worldwide. The Vineyard UK and Ireland is led by John & Ellie Mumford with a leadership group. Each geographical area has oversight. Our Area Leaders in East Anglia are Chris and Maggie Parsons. Our coach is Steve Barber who also heads up church planting for Vineyard UK.
Craig and Hannah are accountable to both Chris & Maggie and Steve and also to the other Directors of Gateway Vineyard, currently Matt Stuart, Nikki Adlam, Paul Cracknell, Mark Fletcher and Andy Rowlandson. Craig and Hannah are responsible for the leadership of the church. Decision making happens in relationship with those connected to the area involved. Pastoral leadership is delegated to small group leaders for those they care for. Ministry team leaders are responsible for the areas they lead. Leaders within Gateway are accountable to Craig and Hannah and meet regularly with them.
