Vineyard Youth

Vineyard Youth

Fridays at Trowse Sports Hall

Vineyard Youth meets every other Friday evening from 7pm to 9pm at Trowse Sports Hall. Evenings include lots of cake and biscuits, messy games, worship, teaching about issues affecting young people and themed nights such as Bake Off.
If you are between 10 and 14 years of age come along and join in the fun and bring a friend!

Tuesdays & Wednesdays: After-school drop-in at ‘the place’

Had a long day at school? High school students are invited to drop in at ‘the place’ in Thorpe St Andrew to have a free drink and snacks on the way home from school, play games and chat, meet with friends and make new ones.

Sessions take place every week in term time and include a number of groups that you can opt into like improving self-esteem, arts and crafts and exploring faith. Youth Drop-in sessions are funded by Gateway Vineyard and supported by Broadland Youth Advisory Board.

Life Groups for Young People

We have a life group for girls that meets on Saturday mornings and another for older teenagers if you would like to get involved be part of a smaller group where you get to know people better.

Special Events

We also run half term and full term social activities – think pizza parties, trampolining & games nights. Get in touch to find out what we’re up to, where we’re doing it and when!

Other special youth events we attend throughout the year include:

  • Soulshaper Youth Retreat at the Horstead Centre in November
  • DTI, Dreaming the Impossible, Vineyard’s National Youth Festival in Newark in the first May bank holiday of each year.
